Let's get started on what helps to get rid of ocd medication. Remember, size of portion isn't the answer. But how vast your supply is.  A little, here and there, every day, does the job.

You can...

Sprinkle cereal with...

  • Flax seed.
  • Almonds.
  • Wheat germ.
  • Oat flakes.

Or,...

Eat a slice of whole grain bread, with a teaspoon (5 ml) of molasses or honey. Muffins, baked with wheat or rice bran, do the trick, too.

Meat and Game

  • Pork chops. Pork tenderloin.
  • Lamb.
  • Liver, liverwurst, pâté.
  • Duck, turkey, chicken.
  • Lean red meat – top round beef, sirloin.

  Seafood

  • Crab.
  • Lobster.

Vegetables

Red Peppers with Ocd Medication
  • Legumes, such as lentils or sugar-snap peas.

  • Cantaloupe.
  • Kiwi.
  • Guava.
  • Sweet oranges, tangerines.

Note...

Avoid bitter-tasting citrus fruits if you take ocd medication.

Why? 

Lemons, limes and bitter-tasting oranges, contain bergamottin. Just like grapefruit. And, could interfere with how the drugs work.

Liquids

Drinking 8 glasses (2L) every day, helps flush out waste. And, heads off constipation.

Keep in mind,...

Strong juice excites your liver. A small glass, every day or two, softens the effect. For even gentler action, dilute with fresh water.

By the way,...

Purify your water with an activated carbon-block water filter. Taste improves. Contaminants, wiped out. Include ultraviolet (UV) technology, and you can say goodbye to bacteria, viruses and mold. What overworks your liver.

Drink weak...

  • Green tea.
  • Regular tea.  Tip: Get rid of the caffeine by pouring out the first cup. Put the tea bag back in. Add freshly, boiled water.

Have fresh...

  • Tangerine juice.
  • Orange juice, commercially prepared with sweet orange.
  • Diluted, raw vegetable juice.

A little, every day, counts

You may need ocd medication for a long time. Once drugs have done the job, your liver works hard to get rid of them. To keep it healthy, choose foods to gently detox. And, you'll love the energy boost it gives.
